…originally from Germany, and together with my husband Per I have lived in various places in England, Germany and Spain. Now we are very happy to have found our permanent home in the beautiful Algarve in Portugal together with our very playful dog Baloo.

As a former digital consultant for e-commerce companies, I found my work getting more and more meaningless to me. I developed the strong desire to leave the 9-5 treadmill and do something that I truly enjoy and share this with others.

Being on the path of inner exploration, healing, and self-discovery for almost 10 years, I have done a variety of courses in the field of well-being:
Vinyasa Yoga Teaching, Quantum Healing Hypnoses Technique, Reconnective Healing, EFT Tapping, Avatar® Training and finally landed in my true passion: Sound Relaxation.

When I first heard the gong, I felt deeply moved and couldn’t believe that all these incredible sound waves were produced by a single “flat disc”. Since then, I got hooked on working with sound and love sharing this gift with others.

In total I have taken 148 hours of training courses with the Peter Hess Academy in Spain. I am a certified practitioner for the Peter Hess® Sound Massage and a Relaxation Trainer for Imaginary & Sound Journeys. To deepen my gong experience  I have participated in the Fascinating Gong Master Training.

In our busy everyday life, it can sometimes be difficult to find time for our well-being. I love creating this space for others and giving people the opportunity to reconnect with their true inner essence, our real home.
